There are devoted fishermen that travel the globe in search of giant Tarpon, and there are those that just want great rod-bending in paradise. Coincidentally, Holbox Fly Fishing Lodge has both. The Tarpon can exceed 100 pounds in April to September and there are 5 to 40 pounders available year round along with plentiful Barracuda, Snook and some Permit. So if angling action in paradise is of interest to you - as well as your non-fishing partner - come visit Holbox. You'll be treated like loyalty, you'll make friends and experience the trip of a lifetime.

The guide will return you to the lodge in time to have a shower before complimentary happy hour beverages on the beach in front of the lodge. Dinner is on your own in one of the nearby restaurants that feature seafood or Italian cuisine. On your last day, you can rise at an easier hour for some fruit and Luciano's "Espresso Especial." You will be returned to Cancun in the late morning or by boat and van in time for a late morning flight or an overnight in Cancun.

You may also choose to kayak, windsurf, or accompany local fishermen while they pull their nets with the morning catch. And of course, you can turn your body bronze with a setting sun that burns a memory that will lure you back again.
